How is investor capital protected?
Every investment is asset-backed, secured against a real villa with the title deed behind it. And the asset does not stand still: through redevelopment we add value, turning it into a rarer, more desirable home than the market can otherwise offer. The security is the villa; the return is what we make of it.
Can I invest if I'm not based in Dubai?
Yes. We work with investors from around the world. You do not need to be a Dubai resident. Depending on your commitment, you can invest through an SPV, a Luxembourg ISIN, or direct ownership, with structures designed to facilitate international investment.
How liquid is my investment?
Our cycle is short by design: 12 to 24 months from acquisition to exit. Because we operate where supply is scarce and demand is deep, our completed homes sell quickly, to buyers representing more than 20 nationalities. Your capital is deployed into a defined project with a clear exit window and a real, saleable asset behind it at every stage.
Are investors involved in day-to-day decisions?
No. Our team manages every aspect of the project, from acquisition through redevelopment and sale. Investors receive regular updates while we handle the execution.
